Jessica Bibby (born 23 August 1979) is an Australian basketball player. She has played over 200 games in the WNBL and won several WNBL Championships. She has played for the Dandenong Rangers and Canberra Capitals. She was drafted by the WNBA's New York Liberty in 2000 and played for the team. She has played for the Australian national basketball team at junior and senior level.

Bibby was born on 23 August 1979. She is tall.〔〔 In 1999, she seriously injured her back, and it was possible that she might never play basketball again, but surgery allowed her to return to the sport.〔
